Returns & Refund Policy

14 Day Return Window

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must also be shipped back within this same 14 day period.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition with original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@bevibe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Return Requirement

Your return will only be accepted if the parcel is sent back within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Non Refundable Items

Used products or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
